I am a Lecturer in Environmental History and Environmental Humanities at UWA, and have worked for over a decade in the areas of fisheries history and marine environmental history in Western Australia and the adjoining Indo-Pacific region. This research has included participation in the History of Marine Animal Populations (HMAP) initiative, engagement with marine scientists at government agencies and NGOs, and ongoing collaborations with staff and research students at UWA that explore changes in marine environments across extended timeframes.
